DipTrace CAD – complete development of schematic diagrams and printed circuit boards. This program replaced P-CAD. It is compatible with most well-known PCB routers.
The package includes four programs:
- PCB Layout - board design with manual and automatic routing, unlimited number of layers and components;
- Schematic - creation of schematic diagrams, including multi-page ones, with the ability to convert them into printed circuit boards;
- ComEdit - enclosure editor, creation of element enclosures based on templates or freehand, and combining them into enclosure libraries for PCB;
- SchemEdit - component editor, creation of symbols, linking them to enclosures and combining them into component libraries for Schematic Design and PCB.
There are a large number of libraries of enclosures and components, the latter containing more than 90,000 components from the most well-known companies. Export to Gerber and N/C Drill formats is supported, and hole marking (Drill Symbols) is also possible in Gerber. In addition, the developers have released a library (for 2,580 types of enclosures) of 3D models for DipTrace, which allows you to see the entire prepared board design.
