The Key Notes tool provides users with an easy to maintain database of notes to allow efficient and accurate annotating of drawings with notes that automatically attach to elements based on their attributes
Simply add notes directly to any view of the model, OR place Key Notes and then have Note Manager automate a schedule containing the full notes.
Important Note for Macintosh Users
If you want to use the Keynotes tool on a Macintosh machine, you must have Microsoft Office 2004 installed. Office 2008 will not work, as Microsoft removed Visual Basic from MS Office 2008.
The Windows version of Microsoft Office 2007 works fine.
