CAD-INSTAL IX-CHART 2026 v1.8.170

Description

IX-CHART is an engineering tool for calculating humid air parameters and analyzing processes occurring in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.

The main purpose of the program is to help engineers determine how the temperature, humidity, and energy characteristics of air change when it is heated, cooled, mixed, humidified, or dehumidified.

Key Features

Psychrometric Chart

Displays the relationship between dry-bulb and wet-bulb temperatures, relative humidity, moisture content, enthalpy, and dew point. Allows you to analyze the state of the air based on specified parameters.

Airflow Mixing

Calculates the state of a mixture of outdoor and recirculated air, taking into account their flow rates and initial parameters. For example, determining the temperature and humidity of the air after it passes through the mixing chamber.

Air Heating, Cooling, and Treatment

Analysis of changes in air parameters as air passes through heaters, coolers, humidifiers, and dehumidifiers. This allows you to determine the required heating or cooling capacity for a given air flow rate.

Dehumidification and Condensation

Calculation of changes in moisture content when air is cooled below the dew point. This is useful for analyzing the operation of coolers and estimating the amount of condensate.
