Description

ForTen 3000 is a system for Tensile Structure design, structural non-linear Analysis and pattern making. Developed since 1991 counts more than 150 users worldwide. Based on a mixed Force Density & stiffness method technically any shape that satisfies tensile structure rules can be designed. Membrane stresses,reaction forces and steel efforts can be visualized and printed. Non-Linear Membrane,Cable & Truss elements plus linear beam elements are supported. Material database of common used pvc and fiber glass coated fabric are available with the ability to add user defined materials. Cross section databse of 4000 steel profiles ready to use.
