Enhanced Production Scheduler is an extremely proficient, powerful program allowing you to carry out the activities associated with scheduling and monitoring critical resources. Not only does it include Gantt Chart capability, but it also allows you to display associated data with histograms and tables.

The Display always includes a summary view of the mining data in table format. Tonnages, grades, dimensions and other Base Properties are easily displayed and powerful filtering allows advanced reporting which can be exported to spreadsheet packages. The results are clear and easy to understand and communicate to others.

For example, you may wish to monitor raw product tonnes and grade on a monthly basis while adjusting the order of stope removal. Similarly, you may wish to monitor fill tonnes while attempting to maximize raw product output due to constraints on the fill plant. Prices/costs can be altered over time to reflect the variations in planned revenue, cost and cashflow.

Resources can be either equipment or labor and can be assigned to activities. You can build a Resource Based Schedule and alter availability and cost over time. Activities can be Rate driven or Duration driven and can be split into sub-activities eg. drill/charge/blast/muck; properties are carried to each activity.

Actual production values can be entered and tracked and once resources are applied, leveling can take place to prevent over and under allocation. Variable availabilities are adhered to.
