After clean installation of PVTSIM 19. Copy the license file to the following folder:

C:Program FilesCalsepLicense ManagerFlexlmv11.5

How to edit License file:
download the attached license file and open in notepad
Now replace the word COMPUTER in the first line to the name of your own computer in which you have installed the application.
eg. suppose your computer name is PINK, then replace the word COMPUTER with PINK
Save the license file and paste it to
C:Program FilesCalsepLicense ManagerFlexlmv11.5
Now close everything and click on Calsep License Manager.
Set License file as FLEXlm and clik advanced button
Now point to the license file present in folder
C:Program FilesCalsepLicense ManagerFlexlmv11.5
click ok.
And run the application, this would work
