Description

VAPS is a professional tool software developed by Canadian VPI company. As a set of design software, it has actually become the standard for rapid modeling in the aviation industry. VAPS can develop complex applications with dynamic, interactive, and real-time human-machine interfaces, such as displays and controls in aircraft cabins, instrument display panels in cars, and display screens for communication products. VAPS has been widely used by numerous engineers and users to jointly design and test the appearance, feel, function, and behavior of specific devices or group devices. By using VAPS, complex computer data has become an intuitive instrument display. [img] [/img] VAPS has 12 types of interactive input HMI components and 13 types of interactive output HMI components: provides a character area for complex character input and output functions: can directly input graphics, images, and components as base images or icons: can add annotations on components or single frame graphics: supports complex polygonal shapes in the middle floor; Support real fonts in the Windows NT environment: user-defined color, line, and texture functions; Customizable grids can be used for precise design, including various functions such as arrangement and distribution, micro movement, control point editing, and moving to specified points. Transparent backgrounds are supported, and coarse display or fine component anti aliasing display can be selected. It supports data exchange with mathematical functions in information exchange and simulation; Support TCP/IP, UDP/IP and Shared memory communication protocols. The third-party interfaces and collections it supports include VPI's STAGE, FLSIM, and HELISIM; ISI's BetterState: I-Logix's Statemate; QSSI's DOORS; And other third-party products.

VAPS is a powerful tool that integrates design, testing, and execution functions, allowing users to control and monitor the system through menus and graphical displays. The VAPS development version product series is divided into five major parts: Runtime Environment (RE), including Object Editor (OE), Integration Editor (IE), Stateform Editor (SE), and C Code Generation (CCG). These five major parts work closely together and provide users with a click through interface to develop and test electronic device displays. Users can automatically generate C code from electronic devices developed by clicking to implement the already developed display scheme for transplantation.

Introduction to VAPS module

]Aerospace Feature: ADI component - attitude direction indicator of 3D effect; PPI component - position indicator of analog radar or sonar; DMA, DTED and Contour line map input capability can be directly input into U.S. terrain data format DTED and ASCII Contour line map capability;

Third party graphics windows (GDI components) integrate real-time graphics generated by other software products: real device support - drivers connecting non-standard hardware devices.
