Archicad 28.0.3

Description

Archicad 28.0.3
ArchiCAD is a powerful modeling application that enables architects to design buildings more efficiently using Virtual Building technology. ArchiCAD allows architects to focus specifically on design, doing this work alone or in teams, while sharing data with consultants and specialists in other fields.

Key features of Graphisoft ArchiCAD:
- Integrated design options. A new specialized solution in Archicad allows you to centrally and efficiently manage multiple design options. Manage ever-changing designs by quickly switching between alternatives. Make the best and best-informed decisions in the shortest possible time by efficiently evaluating and reconciling different options for projects of all types and scales.
- Improved prop management. In recent years, Graphisoft has continually focused on improving the management of complex BIM projects. Archicad 28 continues this trend, and now folders and search functions are also supported for additional props such as Hatchings and Lines. In dialogs that use criteria (such as Interactive Catalogs or the Find and Select dialog), props are also organized into folders, making it easier to set criteria.
- Tool and workflow improvements. Binding Distances. Enhanced search capabilities. Custom groups for Graphical Substitution Rules. Improved formatting options for Interactive Catalogs. Modernized GDL Editor.
- Element Parameter Passing. It is now possible to disable the transmission of the Offset from Own Floor parameter for Slabs and Roofs. Previously, this option was available for Walls, Columns, Beams, and Objects. (Previously, applying a Favorite or Parameter Pass to Slabs and Roofs could cause their marks to be offset due to the Offset from Own Floor parameter being passed).
- Joint editing of lines and polylines. This feature now works reliably and consistently.
- Axis Tool. The ID and Properties panels are now available in the Info Board in the same way as for other tools.
- Criteria and Fields popups. These fields have been reorganized and the items contained within them are grouped together in the same way throughout the interface.
- Scoreboard Tracking. Division and multiplication operations (in addition to the existing addition and subtraction functions) can now be used in the Tracking Scoreboard. For example: if the distance value is 2000, enter 2/ and press Enter to get the value 1000. You can also enter 2* to get a value of 4000. The input field is enlarged to make it easier to see the entire value. Archicad updates. Centrally distribute Archicad updates to all users in the organization.
- Extracts. Improved performance when selecting and updating Extracts, and when working with custom Properties in Extracts.
- Operational Parameters Scoreboard. The resizing behavior has been updated. In addition, a list of Project Variants has been added to the Scoreboard. When resizing the Archicad window, the Operational Parameters panels no longer disappear (as they did in previous versions) if the window area becomes too narrow. The panels are now compressed more tightly so that they are always displayed on the screen. Tooltips appear if the working window width is too small.
- Dimensional Text. The “Multiline” field is now called “Special Value” according to user requests.
- Duplicate Profiles. Activating this operation now opens the Profile Editor as if creating a new profile. In previous versions, the Profile Editor did not open automatically, so an additional click was required.
- Physically correct visualization (rendering) in Archicad 3D views (experimental feature). Physically correct rendering in Archicad's 3D window provides a much more vivid and realistic display of the 3D model. This experimental feature allows you to navigate through realistic 3D views. It simulates the soft shadows that naturally occur in indirect or diffuse lighting of a scene.
