Synchro Pro was originally developed by Synchro Ltd in 2018. It was acquired by Bentley Systems. The purpose of Synchro is to develop a building project plan (4D) based on geometric design data and information from other applications. Synchro Pro also allows you to control projects, conduct price analysis, and track budget execution (5D).


Until recently, 3D models seemed to be the answer to all problems and the solution to all problems, but there were still many conflicts during the project implementation process, such as inconsistent plans with facts, untimely and inaccurate reports. Therefore, it takes time, money, and materials to repair things that can be prevented during the design phase.


Bentley Systems' Synchro Pro solves this problem by allowing you to integrate ready-made 3D object models into your environment and supplement them with visualized calendars and network graphics. Using the 4D model, tracking the execution of factual plans becomes very simple. In an intuitive model, the planned and mastered engineering quantities, delivery dates of materials and equipment, equipment units and personnel positions at specific construction sites within a specific time period are displayed. All of these allow for rapid identification of spatiotemporal conflicts and the adoption of corrective measures to effectively manage the construction process.
