OMNICAD Joins Siemens Solutions Partner Program Turin, Italy: February 26, 2013. OMNICAD has joined the Siemens PLM Software Solution Partner Program as a Software & Technology Partner. The partnership enables OmniCAD® to integrate its die stamping solution into the NX™ software portfolio to provide enhanced offerings for the automotive die industry. NX is Siemens PLM Software’s fully integrated computer-aided design, manufacturing and engineering analysis (CAD/CAM/CAE) solution. Starting from a surfaces model and points cloud obtained by a photogrammetric system or probe, this function construct a new surfaces model as result of starting surfaces model adapted to the cloud. OmniCAD® MESHTRANSFORMER Module transforms CAD surfaces (NURBS, Bezier) by using the information generated by your simulator (Autoform, PAM-stamp, others) ...in a fully automated process.
