Before running a PowerINSPECT Service Pack patch program, first ensure that all Delcam software has been shut down on your computer. If you are not sure whether you have any Delcam software running then restart your computer before running the patch program. You must also be logged into Windows using an account that has administrator rights PowerINSPECT Service Pack patch programs are supplied as a pair of executable files for 32-bit and 64-bit installations respectively. For example, the patch program for PowerINSPECT 2013 R2 (32-bit) Service Pack 1 is named "Delcam_PowerINSPECT_2013_R2_SP1_Patch_32bit_201308.exe".
