CADmeister V10.0

Description

CADmeister V10.0_english_Japanese CADmeister V10.0 aims at a rapid mastery, less stressful processes and less risk of reworking. The operability has been significantly improved due to: the strengthened visibility based on improvements of expressions; a type-ahead capability that lists related commands for choice upon inputting a few elements; and a method of handle operation that harnesses the shapes of parts. Also, several improvements made for the display include a launcher that keeps commands of highly frequent use at ports and renovated dialogues for operation. Applications have also been strengthened as a result of adding or improving CAM functions for efficient designs of molds and press dies. PRESS supports designing press dies. It has three key capabilities: design support, modeling support, and post-process support. The post-process support is further categorized into capabilities of solid verification, creation of drawings, data for order placement, and coordination of machining. PRESS’s dedicated commands support the creation of back surface and sectional dies, selection of springs, and placement of standard parts, based on the product shapes during the initial stage of designing. After the designing is finished, parts lists can be automatically created through the use of parts attributes. Also, drawings can be checked by executing the commands of interference test and die structure verification. Furthermore, CAM system can be coordinated through the use of machining features. CAM3D of CADmeister creates data for machining curved surfaces for solid models and also for 3D CAD models that include surface data. Users can display models on the CAD screen, and use them in order to calculate paths that can satisfy machining needs. Furthermore, CAM3D creates paths for machining curved surfaces from various angles, provided that users have set tool axes. Features ◎Contour Offset Machining The command for Contour Offset Machining creates a path for roughly machining the contour of a model, provided that the cross-sections of the model have been processed by executing the "Offset" command. The command for Contour Offset Machining has a wide variety of capabilities such as of indicating Area Curves/Lines, automatically calculating paths and specifying solids on the basis of the data of modelled shapes. Thus, it enables faithful expressions of the shapes of materials. The command enables rough machining efficiently and reliably by inserting arcs into concave parts and trochoid paths into highly stressed parts. Any parts that have been left unprocessed can be automatically detected and machined through an intermediary processing.
