Electrical computer-aided design for NanoCAD industrial and civil facility electrical equipment (EM), indoor (EO), and outdoor (EN) electrical lighting.
The project in the hardware database contains all necessary information from the name to the 3D model. The NanoCAD Electronic hardware database is fully open for editing and supplementation. The databases of all electrical equipment manufacturers cooperating with Nanosoftware are provided free of charge.
This plan includes an extensive model checklist to ensure proper execution. If any element in the model deviates from the specification, the program will send a signal to the user.
The NanoCAD Electro system frees design engineers from heavy daily tasks such as labeling equipment, performing calculations, calculating all equipment, products, materials and incorporating them into specifications, writing cable logs, and forming network schematics. In this case, the risk of project file errors caused by human factors is minimized. Therefore, the design process is greatly accelerated and the quality of documents is improved.
In NanoCAD, you can create any complex cable path: single-layer and multi-layer, single-sided and bidirectional. If the device database is detailed enough, the program will automatically select connecting components until the nuts and bolts are connected. This software automatically calculates cable length, taking into account all special situations such as laying cable reserves, cutting cable reserves, rounding cable length to a given value, etc. In addition, for power cables, the program automatically determines the required number of cores.
NanoCAD has implemented two methods for calculating illuminance: coefficient method and point method. After calculating the utilization rate, the program automatically places the light indoors.
NanoCAD Electronic has implemented all necessary electrical calculations:
-Calculate electrical loads based on RTM 36.18.32.4-92, SP 256.1325800.2016, and TEP
-Calculate single-phase, two-phase, and three-phase short-circuit currents according to GOST 28249-93 and "zero phase loop"
-Calculate the flame retardant performance of cables according to Notice C-02-98 (E)
-Calculate the insulation leakage current based on PUE 7 p. 7.1.83
-Voltage drop calculation
According to the work results of NanoCAD Electronics, the following project files have been formed:
-Equipment layout diagram and cable laying diagram;
-Schematic diagram of distribution network and power supply network
