In a continuing effort to provide high quality products, this update introduces new fixes or addresses issues pertaining to the release. This readme contains information about the fixes contained in this update. Service Pack 1 Fixes apply to the Autodesk PowerInspect 2017 release (version: 17.1.0.0127800917 CR). Summary of Fixed Issues The surfaces of the model where not scaled. The tracking box displayed wrong CAD coordinates in dual column. The CNC Edge groups did not work with datum items. The Best Fit was not calculated when setting a new CAD file location. Auto-orientation for horizontally mounted indexable heads was not working properly. In the Session Label Settings dialog a tab went blank when pressing Enter in editboxes. Supplying ODX file when asking for DDZ file can find one incorrect surface. The Probe diameter on full-screen measurement dialog was updated only after taking the first point. Collision Free Links were not replayed from the feature tab. The probe path status icon was displayed for items with no probe paths. It was possible to use any toolbar in full-screen measurement mode. Single point compensation along feature axis list contained unmeasured items. It was possible to create a guided inspection groups in OMV. Crash when selecting independent plane feature during circle creation. Incorrect reprojection when creating a User Defined Alignment as the only alignment in the sequence tree. Geometry Explorer did not set up independent plane normal correctly. "Hide Planes for Single Points" did not affect Point Cloud Single Points. "OK" was not default button in Measure Parameters dialog. Leaving full screen did not restore PowerINSPECT window position correctly. PCS alignment 3-2-1 measurement dialog allowed to use uncalibrated probes and allowed to take points from a unconnected document. Point Cloud Points were shown as projected after deleting alignment. Section would disappear when the Section View Tab is updated. Loading multiple CAD files when the total length of the names was more than 260 characters did not work correctly. Crash when pasting from a partially projected point cloud. Crash when dimensioning with interactive editing. Incorrect error state when number of decimal places is 0. Probed single point did not play linked items. Crash when copying/deleting measured points and changing fitting flags. Modify Item Dialog tab/position saving behaviour was incorrect. Display of the Section View was incorrect when entering/exiting Group items. Show/hide all objects on Digitised Points tab did not show CAD. Zooming before shading CAD only affected active CAD view. The wireframe checker sometimes did not recognize circles from obviously circular holes in inches. Dual column: duplex transformation matrix not saved immediately after calculation. Inconsistency between Section View and CAD view when showing the section measurement. Crash when using side bar buttons on Section View. Selected folder changed after Multi-Selecting CAD files. Measure name was not displayed in the status bar when calculating point cloud alignment. Template Editor failed to open templates from a user defined folder. CNC moves allowed if CMM not homed. Flyouts in Items toolbar could stop working when current layout is saved from Tools - Options dialog. The list of target pair points from selected Dynamic points was not imported in the Picked Point Alignment Modify Item Dialog. User defined line thickness for the probe paths not updating when editing a feature. Some labels settings were lost when imported from file. Hide Sign Information affected vectors. Points were not displayed when transferred from a Surface Inspection Group to a Section Group. Right side toolbars re-appeared in Info tab. Probed Single Point allowed to paste just one point. Random Virtual CMM scale colour. Typo in the system detail report : ULIMATE instead of ULTIMATE. OMV: Orientation point simulation failed. Crash when the focus was in the CAD view, then the mouse wheel was used to scroll in another window/panel. Crash when setting up best fit with unprojected CNC points. Differences in calculation of offset plane between full screen and sequence. Info tab appeared active when launching picked-points selection. Dynamic Points Options appeared in Standard. Not possible to edit a migrated protocols parameters. APIDevices: 'measure guided points in CNC' button in full screen dialog was active but did not work properly. Crash during simulation if collision ignored. Unexpected blinking on CAD view twiddle. Digitised Curve did not updated on Digitised Points tab after changing spline tolerance. Automatic deletion of Collision Free Links incorrectly deleted some items. All point deviations were displayed in the same colour in the info tab. Compound point deviations were 0.0 in the report . Probed deviations were not always formatted in report. Some probe paths were displayed when their items were deleted.
