You should take advantage of the utility lmtools.exe:
1) Copy above text to any text editot and save as PVTSim19.lic
2) Run lmtools.exe >> Service
-Path to the lmgrd.exe file (in the same folder there should be a file cllmd.exe!!!!!)
-Path to the license file
-Path to the ldebug log file
3) Save Service
4) Start/Stop/Reread ---> Start
5) Enjoy

Change Hostname (or this_host) in lic with your Computer/Hostname!!!
